Long Multi-strand Baltic Amber Necklace featuring diamond shaped multi-coloured from butterscotch to cognac amber beads threaded individually knotted to a toggle clasp. 100cm length including 4 graduated length strands to 105cms.
Amber is a fossilised tree resin, not mineral, ranging in age from tens to over 300 million years old, primarily featuring yellow, orange and brown hues. Renowned for organic inclusions like insects and plant matter, it is widely used in jewellery and often found in the Baltic region. Amber is warm to the touch, soft (Mohs 2.0–2.5), and prized for its, light weight, and, and, historical, use.
Amber stone, a fossilised tree resin, is celebrated for its warm, calming energy and natural healing properties, particularly in pain relief.
