The Cannes Film Festival has long been a stage for cinematic brilliance—but just as dazzling this year was the breathtaking display of Pomellato High Jewelry. At the 78th Festival, exclusive preview pieces from the upcoming collection made a striking debut on the red carpet. Brand ambassador Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu epitomised effortless sophistication in the Marvellous Griffe earrings—vivid gemstones arranged with the bold Italian spirit Pomellato is celebrated for. These pieces demonstrated the Maison’s masterful use of colour and structure, offering a perfect balance of refinement and daring.
Turkish actress and brand ambassador Hande Erçel turned heads at the “Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning” screening, gracing the carpet in the sculptural Aquamarine Dream necklace. This standout creation featured two exquisite aquamarines: a softly rounded cabochon centrepiece and a faceted pendant that shimmered with every movement. Complementing her look were matching earrings and a rose gold Nudo ring with aquamarine and diamonds—pieces that captured the poetic lightness and sculptural elegance of Pomellato's High Jewelry Collection.
International model and style icon Alessandra Ambrosio opened the Festival in the captivating Asimmetrico Tanzanite parure, highlighting Pomellato’s avant-garde craftsmanship. The necklace featured a show-stopping 55.96-carat tanzanite cradled in an asymmetrical rose gold setting, its deep hues playing against the skin with stunning intensity. A matching 37.73-carat tanzanite ring completed the ensemble, a testament to the Maison’s technical mastery and flair for the extraordinary.
Hollywood legend Jane Fonda brought her signature grace to the closing ceremony, wearing the Galleria earrings from Pomellato’s 'Ode to Milan' High Jewelry collection. These rose gold earrings, set with faceted grey spinels and diamond pavé links, were inspired by the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, capturing its moonlit elegance in sculptural form. She paired them with a stack of Iconica and Nudo rings, creating a look that felt both modern and timeless—much like the city of Milan itself.
Actress and director Mariska Hargitay brought emotion and elegance to the red carpet for the screening of her film “My Mom Jayne.” She wore the Terrazza Duomo earrings and bracelets—delicate mobile sculptures crafted in white gold and encrusted with brilliant white diamonds. Their geometric structure contrasted beautifully with diamond clusters that softly framed her face. She completed the look with radiant diamond rings from the Nudo collection, exemplifying Pomellato’s ability to fuse movement, light, and modernity.
